Your delivery will may be shipped via DB Schenker International, TNT Logistics or via "Audrini Living Concept" organized service van. Deliveries via DB Schenker International may or may not be fulfilled by Redhead Freight Limited.
Deliveries via "Audrini Living Concept" service van on average operate on every 15 day basis delivering goods directly between workshop and end user.
You will be contacted by delivery company as well as by our team prior to your delivery.
You will be asked to sign for your parcel, so that we know you have received goods ordered. Photographic identification card may be requested.
Parcels can be requested to be left in a secret location only in case of written approval received via email prior delivery.
If you would like us to resend your order in case of unsuccessful delivery we may have to re-charge delivery costs to you again due to nature of the product we sell. Depending on courier chosen.
If you would like to return your order after successful delivery made we will refund your money paid less the shipping costs for outbound and inbound deliverie. Refund to be authorized after goods received back in workshop.
